My favorite moment at a Union game was finally seeing the team lift the Supporters Shield with my wife and son. We have been there for all the lowest lows, so to see us reach the high of finishing 1st in MLS – in one of the wildest seasons due to the pandemic – was magical and something ill never ever forget.
It’s way shorter and way more intense. The energy is non-stop from the first kick until the final whistle. There is no downtime at a Union match, and the outcome of the match is way more directly impacted by the supporters in the stands.
Favorite All-Time Union player is Brian Carroll, and my favorite current Union player is Brandan Craig. I’ve followed his journey all through the Union Player Pathway and I know he’s destined for big things.
Bringing high school soccer back to Chester after a 30-year hiatus. Soccer is the world’s game and it is for EVERYONE. I can’t wait for the day I get to see a kid from Chester wear the Blue & Gold in their hometown. I will definitely shed a tear a lose my voice that day!
My go to cheesesteak order is a Wiz Wit from Barry’s Steaks in Roxborough.
